Archery Target panic hits most Archers at some point in their sporting life. Luckily it is relatively easy to over come.
Target panic is a conditioned response learnt whilst shooting, you can easily reprogram your mind to eliminate target panic..

This recording was developed specifically for the Archer with Target Panic and uses very powerful phobia technology. This is a similar technique that I have been using to cure ‘trigger freeze’ in clay pigeon shooters for many years.

One reason why hypnosis is so effective in archery is that the physical aspects of shooting well and then replicating the shot is so subtle that it can not be done at a conscious level. The techniques must be programmed and then executed at a subconscious level.
For instance once full draw is achieved consciousness of release is not needed, the archer becomes free to concentrate on aiming. In fact, conscious interference is harmful to aiming. This is why hypnosis is so effective in the programming of archery skills.

Hypnosis works directly on the unconscious part of the mind where are behaviours our based.
When we reprogramme our minds to trust our behaviour to occur automatically without conscious interference we relax our aim and eliminate the fear of missing.
