The Triathlon Training CD Set is a set of three Triathlon Hypnosis CD's covering swimming, cycling and running incorporating 'Open Water Fear Control' in the first CD. In addition because Transitions are at the forefront of a good Triathlon Performance, Transition's One and Two techniques are included on the appropriate CD's.
No other hypnosis programme covers all of these areas. The 'open water fear control' technique is unique to Steve Mycoe using powerful phobia technology to calm the triathlete and focus their attention on good swimming techniques. The swim CD also assists in reducing the problem of cold water swimming using pain control hypnosis techniques to refocus the athlete away from the agony cold water often has on the body.

Due to the intertwining nature of Triathlon stages these CD's are not available separately.
